After years of arranging for my own car and house insurance, a couple of years ago I went to HRI Associates and I am glad I did. I am pleased with their level of service and customer support. This year, Brandi Crawford called me to recommend that I change insurance companies to save $665 per year. We discussed various options for car insurance deductibles, and she walked me through the process of changing companies. After less than a week, I already have a refund check from the original company.

If you have got a flyer in your mailbox with a seemingly reasonable quote on the property and auto insurance coverage estimated from this HRI Associates, don't even bother to waste your time working with them to get the so called "actual quote" - it's not even 1/3 close as the estimate in the letter also at least 50% more costly than the market price provided by major insurance companies. I don't know where this company pulls so much details about our personal properties. This business is considered conducting a false advertising and scamming. I thought I really wanted to support small business in our county during this Covid-19 time. But, dang!
