Horrible company to work for. Bonuses go unpaid, constant surprise layoffs in mass quantities, and unorganized like you cannot imagine. This company is where the phrase “too many chiefs, not enough Indians” came from. Not a single human in leadership is on the same page, so policy and procedure changes are sure to bless you with whiplash. Do not bother speaking up, it falls on deaf ears. Finally, if you do get hired, prepare to call people that actively avoid you, and accept the fact that you will NEVER be promoted.
Horrible company to consent to as a patient. They will tell you they will only call at a certain frequency. Lie detector test determined THAT was a lie. Luckily I believe they stopped the random door knocking when folks don’t answer the phone. For the most part all they will do is regurgitate the education your doctor gave you.

Very aggressive, claimed to be sent by hospital, they were not, I contacted the hospital who said they didn't send anyone, they would only give a referral then I would need to contact that company if I wanted their services. Somatus is harassing me, in addition to daily phone calls as well as many letters they are sending sales reps to pound on my door. I don't have kidney disease but with I Anthem Blue Cross illegally giving them my private medical information they knew I was in the hospital recently, but they didn't know that has a cause which isn't kidney disease and my Dr. is managing it. I contacted my Dr. who said he would never give my information to this company and certainly did not refer me to them.
Somehow it appears that Anthem blue cross is giving private medical contact and diagnostic information to a company that it owns and profits off of. The aggressive sales reps say they are partnered with Anthem Blue Cross and sent by them. Doesn't this violate the law?
They are so aggressive I don't want to talk with them, I asked my daughter to tell them to stop harassing me, she tried but the sales reps from Somatus said they have to talk with me and refused to stop. According to the reviews my talking with them wouldn't make any difference and why should I be forced to talk to a sales rep?
If I have a referral for at home medical services I have the right to chose which company I want to sign up with or if I want the services offered.

I get tied of them treating me like I'm not able to take care of myself. I get tied of them calling and I feel as though I'm being harassed.i have cancer I do many Dr visits and I'm too take care of all of them on my own. I do not need this company calling me and harassing me and actually I'm the freaking says they want to call I'm already sitting in a Dr office or somewhere getting labs done. It's pointless they just go over my drugs same things my DR office. Big deal I do but know why Medicare ever hired them

Starting to believe they’re actually scammers. I received about 5 calls while I was in and out of the hospital. I already had a 45 minute “survey call” and they still proceeded to continuously call me knowing I am sick. I called back and scheduled the next call. A few hours later another person called me and left a voicemail saying they know I have a call so I don’t need to call back… So why are you calling me At a certain point this becomes harassment. Save yourself.

They’re relentless, I’d say even worse than bill collectors. Calling several times a week. I’ve told them multiple times I’m not I interested. ( i have a coordinator through my hospital that is already taking care of things for me). But they still continue to call. They also want my information every single time they call (name, birthday, address, etc) why? If they’re calling me through my insurance then they already have that info. I finally started blocking their numbers.

Horrifying. They claimed to have been sent by my insurance, so I thought this was great!! I needed help! And initially, the "nurse" that called was great.
It took me a month to figure out, It's a full on clever scam. Hours and hours of phone calls asking personal medical questions, which I answered unknowingly.
When I finally started questioning all of it, they got rude, and aggressive, as if they were some kind of medical police. Eventually they figured out my husband had dementia, and refused to talk to anyone but him....who has NO idea what's going on, and they scheduled an appointment with him to enter the house. For what They do nothing but gather personal medical info to hold over your head.
Somatus is nothing but a very advanced phone scam, I can't believe I fell for that, and gave soooo much personal medical info.

A WEEK LATER: THEY DID NOT PAY ME! I've called, text, & emailed for my paycheck. No one called me back or responded. These are cellphones that I am reaching out to which means that they are clearly ignoring me. I am sure, by my references that I gave them upon the hiring process, that they know that I am very familiar with law officials in my town. I am prepared to take them to court. I don't care if it's for $1.

Original Review: The reviews are scary. I make out good at my current job (not with Somatus). The thing that really gets to me is that I was asked how much will I work for an hour. I told them how much I make an hour at my current job. Then, she offered me $21hr as a PHA. Well, I went to indeed to send the job to my friend so that she could apply. I notice that PHA starts off with $22hr. I would say that I am impressed with all of the glitz. They sent me an iPhone, laptop, computer monitor with keyboard, & it's own internet. Maybe I could file taxes as I work from home to pay me back for my extra electricity (I don't know). I just feel that they throw too much at you in orientation. You're easily overwhelmed. Their benefits are horrible! The fact that you're paycheck isn't really your paycheck because they expect you to pay for things out of your personal funds & the company will reimburse you doesn't sit right to me. Sounds like robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Please do not consider working for this company. During the hiring process they lie to you and that is why the have a huge turn over. They send you in areas of town that are unsafe to the point you are scared for your life. Then if you quit they don't pay you the money they owe you. The Southern Indiana manager is a bully, liar and definitely doesn't deserve to have a nursing license. They are contracted to Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. I will be contacting Anthem about the way Somatus does business and what they do to their patients
