I was having some challenges with a couple of items so, I sent an email to the Evernest support team. I didn't have much hope to get a reply however, I was pleasantly surprised that I not only received a reply within the same day, but things are getting done. I received a follow up later today and a promise to be kept informed. I must say that the customer service I have received from Mariana Molinar has exceeded my expectations!!
