Apartments are dated but functional and well maintained. I never had an issue that I reported that was not investigated the next buidness day. I worked an hour and a half away with no traffic and the trip eventually is what made me move or I would still be there. The staff are all responsible even when I wasn't. I treated the apartment like my home and recieved my full deposit back. I can't stress enough, if you can handle the commute this rental angency won't take advantage like others. I was in country club pines and never had a problem with neighbors. Nice if you want company, but respectful if you want space. Off the main road so not much traffic but close to whatever. I would rent there again if I switched jobs or worked from home.

Not a bad rental company though they do not make any effort to resolve any problem. Been living here for almost 3 years now and new tenants have moved in and our allowed to party 3am on a weekday vandalise multiple cars and double park over multiple spots. They lady too call always has a attitude and doesn't do anything to fix problems still waiting on my last complaint to be done!!

I have been renting a small townhouse from Page Brooke for almost 3 years now. My place may be a little dated still, they are good, fair people to rent from. Happy with my experience and would definitely recommend renting from them.

My dad after ten years living at 219 North Cameron Street and has never defaulted on rent was sent a letter telling him he needed to move on September 1st. Today is July 26th. My father is 67 years old and the only person who received the letter. After 10 years how can you tell a 67 year old man to move without any reason? The only thing the letter said was 'we chose not to renew your lease'. There was no phone call, and not even an offer to put him in another apartment. He cannot be expected to move 10 years of his life in a month. My father is a retired employee from the State of New York. He is also Hispanic. I hope anyone from Page-Brooke that sees this does something about it. And anyone who is renting from Page-Brooke shares their experiences. I'm contacting the Virginia Fair Housing office because this just doesn't make any sense. 🙁

I have been dealing with page-brook rentals for over 2 years and over that time I never had a problem with them when you pay rent they get you in an out of there really fast there always fast and they do it with a smile I recommend them for all of your rental needs

I am a former resident of 103 Williamson place apt. 1, of burning tree apartments, the rent was pretty cheap seemed like an ok place to live on the beginning. I move in dec.27 2017(winter), it was not visible that the apartment was mold infested. By spring 2018(about 3-4 months later) the paint started to wear & the started to show & smell. My clothes were completely destroyed, they did not reimburse nor compensate me in any way. Maintenance took about a month or longer to come inspect it, they clear said yeah that's bad but did nothing about it. I paid my lease out & moved out 2 months before my lease was up . They gave me no security deposit back & they moved a new resident in 4 days after i turned in my key. Four days is not enough time to clean out my

We have lived here over 6 years and they are a fantastic rental company. They take care of any issues and the property and are so friendly. We love our home.
