When my husband and I were ready to downsize our home, Dan was the realtor we called to help. Dan was with us every step of the way from selling our home ( which was under contract in 4 days!!) to buying our new home.
Dan knew exactly what needed to happen to sell our house and how to get it ready quickly and easily for the market. His marketing skills are top-notch from his listing description, use of social media, and the entertaining videography of our home that was performed.
Dan kept us informed every step of the way about our progress in selling and buying. He is trustworthy, hardworking, and enjoyable to work with.
We hope that is our last home purchase but if I needed to move, Dan would be our agent. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home. Dan’s the man!

Dan The Man! If you’re moving to the DMV, he’s the only realtor I’d recommend. Our family was originally using a realtor that a friend recommended, but we felt like they weren’t extremely familiar with the city of Winchester. Then, at dinner in Old Town, the owner of the restaurant overheard that we were house shopping. Thankfully he recommended Dan, and now we’ve been in a beautiful home for the past 2 years! My wife and I felt very comfortable working with him and he is very knowledgeable. We were so lucky to have Dan as our realtor!
