S. Dale is unethical ask him about the shady deal on a foreclosure home he did the property of 26044 Meherrin Road in Capron. Do Not Waste Your Time. Richmond Board Of Realtor need to revoke their license.

Bought a house where Dale Scott was the listing agent and I used my own buyers agent. He is unresponsive, unorganized, and awful to try to work with. Working towards a closing date where timeliness is required is next to impossible with this man because he won't answer the phone, won't text, and only responds to emails at 10:30 pm or later. Then after holding onto paperwork for WEEKS and not returning signed copies he had the nerve to complain about closing being delayed when he was the problem. Unprofessional and downright lazy start to finish. I wouldn't use him as my agent or even look at a home where he is the listing agent.

We are moving hundreds of miles away from NH, and originally had a different realtor. Won't name names, (if you've got nothing nice to say...) 🙂 but reached out to Mr. Dane Scott regarding a rental.
Dane treats a rental, where his commission is not very much, especially compared to some of the lovely & lavish homes he has listed, with the exact same care, quick responses--even allowing for us to park our uhaul early.
It's so important for folks to know that these smaller gestures mean that when we recommend it will be him 100 percent, and that will be his future buyers. He's looked into things like: schools, wifi, best carriers to use, which routes to take, offering all of the advice we need as newcomers.
Realtors just getting into this, often challenging, field should take note, perhaps ask to shadow him a day. He's a family man, who talks warmly of his wife and children, and has made a long and tiring transition as seemless as he possibly can on his end. A true professional: always a calm and kind, responsive demeanor. Thank you, Dean!

Scott & Associates was the right real estate agency for me! Dale spent endless hours until he found the perfect home for us. The whole office team & Scott family (Durwood, Dale, & Dane) were always polite & professional throughout the whole process. When it came time to negotiate & close on the house, it really felt like Dale looked out for our best interest giving sound advice & recommendations along the way. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a home on this side of the JRB. Great people!

I’ve found that Mr. Scott is absolutely horrible with communication & fails to return calls or respond for nearly a week at a time. I would NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone. Don’t waste your time or energy.

James Stergeon is the best realtor ever. This was my first time buying a house at 22y/o and he helped me with everything! He answered all my questions (And I had a TON), he was never frustrated, rude, or impatient. He took the time to make sure I was happy and not the other way around. Incredibly poor response time, Completely unable to raise anyone during "Off Hours". They show little to No concern when problems arise with rental property's or inept neighbor behaviors.
Have filed/made several complaints with them referring to several different issues with little to no results.
Would highly Not recommend working with these people with regards to rental property's.

Are Dane Scott’s sellers aware that he doesn’t take calls in regards to his listings? This has been ongoing for years. He can only be reached by email, and even then is absolutely impossible to reach.
