This review has nothing to do with the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. It's the new system. I've been in line at the drive thru for 45 minutes. It's common for a long wait these days. The institutions we are
forced to deal with are taking more and more of our time. Technology is not making things better. Give the ladies back their cash drawers and trust your employees!

I absolutely love banking at Chesapeake Bank in Mathews, Va.! I take a lot of medication's and sometimes won't drive and they are happy to help me by phone. If I try to order from a hinky website, it will decline my card! That is awesome 👌
