Customer service is awful. Machines are always down. Staff is always rude. Do not bank with Village on hull street!! Nicole always has an issue. Came in to open a savings account 15 minutes before close and she said they are closing in 20 minuets she can’t help me. That is unbelievable.

I am a small business owner and Village Bank really values their relationships with their clients. From the first time I walked in the door I was treated very well. I would recommend them to anyone. Even had a couple of scenarios the branch manager took extra time to help me with. Great organization that also serves and gives back to their community.

Show up 9:05 in the morning and they tell me that they can’t cash my check yet and that it will be at least ten minutes before they are up and running. But it says they open at 9... not managed well at all.
