Run don’t give them your money once you do they know nothing about nothing. I spent five hours or more left and came back to this credit union 2/27/25 Hanover branch. Called before I ever came and they told me would be no problem to open a trust account. Told what I needed and to come in. My husband was killed that evening after wasting five hours in this credit union for nothing. These people especially the manager has no empathy or manners at all. They lied to me and played games with me. I had to file a complaint on line to get anyone to acknowledge what they had done. Mind you this is a court account I have a bondsman and everything. I was told by John or Josh I would get a call back because I was willing to give them one more chance. It’s a joke I walked in the credit union looking for him. They didn’t speak or say I’m sorry for your loss nothing. These are the same people told me my court papers weren’t good enough straight from the commissioner of the courts. I’ve called today unable to speak to anyone. Please don’t waste your time. They have a high turnover rate been there since April last year and never the same people only been there twice.

CONNECTS SUCKS!!!!
They sound great at first, but if you ever have a problem (and you will) good luck getting anyone on the phone to help.
There was an unauthorized use on my card, I have been calling in multiple times a month for the last 5 months only to have every message ignored. FINALLY got someone on the phone today (Rosemary) who basically ignored me and said it was my problem. No help at all.
This was not my first issue where I couldn't get any help either.
If you want a small local bank there are plenty around that actually care about their customers... I suggest Village Bank or Chesapeake Bank...

Due to updating mobile banking i have not been able to access my account online since sept 26. I cannot get to bank during their hours because i have a job and if i could cannot actually go inside the building to speak to someone about my acct. I have yet to be able to speak to anyone on the phone about my account nor have i received a call back from the answering from what seems like the one person who sometimes works at customer care.

First time visiting this location on 6/9/2020. I used to go to another CU but it has since closed due to the pandemic. So glad that I found this one since I needed a “Shared” branch because my CU is out of state. I phoned before going to this location for directions and was assisted by a super friendly person on how to get there. When I pulled up to the drive through lane to conduct my transaction, the person that I had spoken to earlier must have recognized my voice because she commented in a very friendly manner “glad you made it.” This was a nice touch on her part along with being very polite and helpful. I wish that I had gotten her name but the only info I have is from my receipt that shows Teller: 34-003 and Time: 11:17:42.

Could not be worse service. After 10 minutes of being on the phone, I could not get pass the automated line. It seems purposely set up so they don’t have to help customers.
