Communication with PMI is pretty much non-existent. They don't return text messages or voicemail, if you're even able to leave a voicemail. When I finally was able to talk to Oceanne she apologized and said she has been out of the office. I met Alex at the group showing and he apologized and said he would be taking over the inquiries on a specific property. Even after that communication still remains almost non-existent after over 3 weeks. I'm not sure why the homeowner continues to use their services since it still hasn't been rented out for over 3 months even though there have been over 500 contacts regarding a property and application fees being collected but trying to explain that no one has been approved so far. And it looks like the removed my review from their FB page.
