We had a vehicle sales transactions to do at Sound Credit union , the buyer used Sound credit union! We were greeted by Lucia , she was smiling , helpful, and a delight to work with. Luchia was knowledgeable about our transaction and prepared. I told her i appreciate good customer service and told her Sound credit union is lucky to have her ! Back in January, I had made an online auto loan, and I realize that my money was taken out of my charge credit card account rather than my checking account today I go in to explain to get answers of the reasons of why did that happen the teller Katie could not answer that the teller Katie Refused to give me a receipt and said she forgot for the payment for this month and then so I speak with a supervisor, LUCHIA and she said that it’s my fault of why it was charged on my credit card rather than saying the reasons of why it didn’t go out of my checking horrible service I have been with Sound Credit union for 15+ years And because I moved I have to come to this location but it’ll be worth Customer Service time for me to drive just a little bit further do not recommend and on top of it. There’s nobody in this branch no customers, horrible service and for the reasons I was saying, I don’t know and saying it’s my fault of why it was charged rather than taking it out of my checking account.

Terrible service . My teen daughter rolled coins for a trip and we came to this bank , I have an account. The teller said they don’t take rolled coins , since when doesn’t a bank not accept rolled coins? I tried to deposit the coins and the “manager” approached me stating they don’t accept coin money . What a joke. Take your business elsewhere .

I have had the opportunity to work with Luchia a few times in the past month and each time I have worked with her has been amazing. She has been very kind, supportive, positive, and has done everything she can to help. She has even worked into her lunch break to help me. I definitely recommend seeing her for anything you need. It will be a great experience, and you will leave better than you came.
