In these challenging times, it is great to have a really good insurance agent and staff that you know and trust with your complete insurance needs. A bold statement!
Kevin a real human being can interact on his client’s behalf when things go wrong. His brick & mortar office in Kent Wa is easy to find & speak to real humans. Try doing that with an internet based insurance company. Plus I’m not saying he’s old but Kevin has been in the insurance industry for many many years.
Kevin possesses experience to match the proper insurance coverage to your needs. My personal experience with Kevin’s broad knowledge of the insurance market has paid off sever times when I have had insurance claims. He provides an incredible level of customer service when most companies are cutting back on service.
I have personal experience with Kevin’s excellent customer service skills when things have gone wrong. In my 69 years of experience when things go wrong, it’s great to have someone like Kevin on your side.😁

More then I could ask for. If there is any concerns that I have, it is addresses immediately or with a followup phone in less then 24 hours.
Kevin and his team show extreme compassion for their members.
Kevin and I go over my policy every year to see if there is somewhere I can save but still get the quality of coverage I have become accustomed to.

Had a great six year relationship with the previous representative. Simply could not get a return phone call regarding our business policy after it was allowed to lapse. The quickest response I received was when I was forced to cancel in order to find an agent that would get us a new policy.
