I've been working with BIG for several years now. This past year, Theresa talked to me about a small business owner plan that had a super low deductible and OOP. It was only about $500 more per month for my husband and myself from what we had already been paying so we decided to upgrade. The policy and her advice has saved our a$$es! After 3 hospitalizations at the end of 2024 and major surgery, the insurance covered it all. While this might not be the case with all plans, with this one it is. I will be with BIG and Theresa so long as I own a business and for personal insurance thereafter. I cannot recommend her enough.

I was adding up the years that Baker Insurance Group has been holding my and my company's hands re health insurance. It's been 7 years! I had such a lovely conversation with Jon today and it reminded me of 1) how nice it is to have help with anything related to insurance and 2) what a genuine pleasure it is to be clients of these awesome people. I can't say enough great things about Theresa, Jon, and the entire BIG team. I wanted to offer health insurance for the first time to my small group of employees (under 5). I was confused and overwhelmed by the options and the high premium costs for sub-par policies that I found on my own. Theresa took over for me and told me, "just let me handle this". She and Jon found us an incredible policy for almost half the price for my small group, presented it to my whole team, answered our questions, and walked us through the enrollment process seamlessly. Jon was very communicative through the whole process and was patient with our last minute changes.
