UPDATE: We're now over the 10 year mark, and Paul/Kuresman insurance are still my super heroes. I have never had a question or need go unanswered. I can emphatically say this is the best insurance agent and company in Kitsap County.

We had a disappointing experience with Chrystal B. at Kuresman Insurance. She mistakenly added insurance to our secondary property instead of renewing our primary home's policy. This left us without insurance for about a month, and despite reaching out, we never received an apology or resolution. As a result, we've switched to a different provider. And would suggest using someone that cares for this major decision. This was the worse situation out of multiple we dealt with at this agency.
