I’ve called and used the contact form on their website to inquire about a listing on their site, it’s been weeks, no response.

I tried again to give another chance, as a new rental property came available. This time I was able to connect with Jeff who showed us the property same day. It was incredibly spotless, and he was great about listening to my concerns and giving us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision.

Absolutely terrible. They rented us an apartment saying they were replacing carpet then didn’t get it done in time and just put us on the back burner. We finally asked for our money back so we could look into other options while we waited. They said it would be available the following week and when we came in they rented it out to someone else. If you can avoid going to Erick’s realty please do. They will also promise to contact you and rarely ever do.

You want to know what this place and these people's done for me.. First, when I had no place, out of work, these guys put me in a empty building with a blow up mattresses, and told me where the jobsite was in the morning. What time will be there?. . Two days later, I was arrested at gun point on that very job I speak of. Second, they gave it/me another chance! Third, "A THIRD CHANCE!" The Bible says, (quote) " you are to always entertain strangers for lest, You never know when they are angels unawares!. " Thx!

I've been a real estate agent in two different states. This one is the worst I've seen, and the agent Jeff Hickethier. is totally incompetent. He tents out property very cheaply for a few months and then sends tenants eviction notices for no reason, and only to then rent them out as short term Airb&b rentals which are more profitable. I have friends in Deer Park. I've heard many horror stories from them. He has had people rent remotely and when they arrive the find he has rented their unit to someone else but wouldn't return their deposit. He has kept buyer's earnest money for a home purchase offer and then used it for his personal pleasures. when the offer isn't he keeps the earnest money. I would live in a tent before purchasing or renting a home from these people My sister sent then $800 to hold a unit. When she arrived she was told there were no vacant units. She was treated in a very rude way and told her money was non-refundable.

This place is ran by a complete scum bag. Besides the stuff I’ve heard and experiance he also gets pissed at bad reviews saying they should talk to him in person vs writing a review even though that defeats the purpose of reviews. Anyways I’m not going to go fully in on this because I could be here all day but hey if your looking to pay twice what a place is worth and enjoy the black mold growing underneath the place from water damage then you do you. Also I’ve talked to like 10 people doing business with him in one way or another and only one person had good stuff to say about him. Think that sums it up

wow so funny i rented from these scam artist years ago and I drop by just to see what other people say and the scam artist are still up to no good..im so blessed and thankful I left them as they should be shut down and they should be living on the streets WOW. And if u want to respond please do next I will add photos of are lease that you forged when u took me to court and lied that's all u guys do is lie..i actually feel sorry for u fake people..

I love working with everyone at Ericks. They are very responsive to my requests and consistently demonstrate a high level of care for their tenants/customers. They even went out of their way to clear snow when it became too deep for us to handle with shovels!

I paid them 13 months in advance for my nephew to have a place. They made us sign an extra paper saying that all money would be lost if he got into trouble. After 2 months, he got into trouble. I had may brother go clean the place up, remove the items and return the key. It was left in way better shape than the day he moved in. When he moved in the place was not cleaned at all. I called about the deposit and they said that they were keeping it because it was included in the amount on the handwritten document. I thought a deposit was for getting any money for lost rent, utilities, damage, and cleaning. The rent was PAID in advance. I think that it was wrong of them to keep it. i would definitely not do business with them again or recommend anyone else do. have your contract looked over by a lawyer before signing. They can rent it out now and double there money as it is paid for until March 2018.
