I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ashley at the triangle shopping center location. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going into banks, and it had been about six months since I last stepped into one. From the moment I walked in, Ashley put me at ease immediately. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, helping me navigate all of my account and card issues effortlessly.

Her professionalism and genuine care made this the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I left feeling confident and relieved. Because of Ashley, I actually look forward to coming back again. Went in to withdraw some money and the teller ALYSSA made the experience so enjoyable. I cannot express enough how amazing ALYSSA is with her customer service. All the tellers here are so amazing. 10/10 would recommend the triangle branch 🙂
