Avoid Brittany at all costs!

We were very clear to her that we wanted to close on selling our house ASAP. She proceeded to make life as difficult as possible for us, and dragged us on for 3 weeks for no reason.
From the start with all of the “mistakes” and lies we should’ve honestly gone another direction earlier, but with all of the good reviews, why would we think different? From flat out lying to our buyers about a pre-approval that didn’t exist, to taking over a week to schedule an appraisal.

This entire process was honestly worse than pulling teeth and I would highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid working with Brittany. I cannot speak on the expertise or professionalism of any other loan officers here though.
