I have been going to Umpqua bank for years now but ever since they open this branch in Longview the vibe that Umpqua brings when I go to the bank it’s just not at this branch for some reason the wait times are excessive at the drive-through window and in the lobby when there’s never that many people there I don’t understand why it feels so much different, but it just does the thing I’ve always loved about Umpqua Bank is this warm and inviting? I’m not getting that in this bank and I don’t know why also, I have been in there multiple times now and had multiple issues when I’ve never had an issue at Umpqua bank before and I’ve been a member for a very long time and until switching to this branch, I never had problems. I certainly hope it gets better.

I am very impressed with Roger Kadey. He walked us through our first and second home loans, explaining things in a manner that made seemingly incomprehensible terms simple and easy to understand. That alone made our decision making easier. Also he is very knowledgeable in the types of loans available, and quickly was able to present us with good options. His estimates given at the beginning of the process turned out to be within just a few dollars at its end. I have gone with him twice, and would do so again.

Umpqua handled the loan on our first home and we are very pleased with their fast and efficient processing of the loan. Our mortgage closed very quickly and with no complications. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage as they were also highly competitive on rates and costs.

I used to have online banking set up then it randomly stopped working. I've had my card turned off for incorrectly suspected fraudulent purchases on multiple occasions. I attempted to set up samsung pay and they made it an impossible task for verification purposes. This is not a bank I'd recommend.
