This is the coolest trolly service EVER. all the drivers were SUPER FRIENDLY and the best part is I didn't have to drive and miss all the cool stuff to look at, I got to sit back, be driven around, and look at all the cool shops and houses. It was only $6 for an all-day pass. There is a stop like every 500 feet and they come by about every 30 minutes so you don't have to wait long or worry about missing your trolly. 5 star's FOR SURE, a MUST DO for this town.

First early morning driver was excellent and helpful.
Just now waited one hour for purple trolley. Drove on past our stop. We were told they would drop us off next round.
Some drivers ask for tickets, some don’t. Way too long of waits at all the stops.
We should have driven our car to dinner, the short distance from our hotel.

Whoever handles the morning station phone needs to reconsider her career or at least her position in the trolley system. Get her OFF the phone calls. She's rude, makes sarcastic remarks instead of answering simple questions to make you feel stupid, and flat lies and doesn't do her job. Called for an ETA at stop 49 and she refused to give me information. I asked "Well.. isn't there a tracker in the room you work in?" She laughed and said "well yes there is". Without fail every call with her is a horrible experience and I get net benefit from calling when she's on the clock. What's the point of having a number to call if you're refusing to help callers..?

Very convenient way to see the town and get you bearings. Drivers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Had to wait a minimal amount of time for trolley, just a few minutes but there is an interactive map for it that shows where they currently are, where they are heading and how fast. I have used this system of travel both times I have visited and would recommend for everyone to use it as parking is very limited in town. $6.00 for a full day pass. Trolleys are well kept, air conditioned and very clean. Well worth it.

We loved the trolley! It's quite an efficient system that will take you pretty much anywhere in Eureka Springs (in the comfort of A/C)! We normally prefer to walk, but Eureka Springs is full of steep hills that are hard on the joints. And parking isn't easy/cheap to find! Let the trolley do all the heavy work, so you can enjoy the sights! We paid $6 for an all day pass, (a 2 day pass is $10), which is a very good deal. A trolley does a loop in about 30 minutes, which was plenty of time to get off, visit a site, and get on the next trolley. There is some overlap on routes, so you may see a trolley every 15 minutes. We weren't in any hurry, and had no issue waiting for the next one. You can track the trolley location on an app. There are stops at nearly every hotel in town, so it's an easy ride back to your hotel!

The kids loved riding on the back of the Trolley, & I was able to avoid the stress of driving/parking so we'd definitely choose to do this again if we ever return to Eureka Springs.

Highly recommend the trolley tour. Had a nice time and heard about the history of the area we would have otherwise never known. Good tour guide (don't recall his name, a bearded fellow) that made the tour very enjoyable.
