It is hard to drive around in a damaged vehicle. Especially if you take good care of your vehicle. Having it hit was traumatizing. I have to admit I kind of sniveled about driving around in a wrecked looking vehicle. Greg listened with a smile. 😳
From the time my car was hit, to the time I arrived at the body shop later in the day, insurance pre-authorized and then scheduled for repairs, was literally within 24 hours. Because they have a direct link to insurance companies, they are able to put in estimates right away. You know the results almost immediately.
Because the job was not a major repair, they were able to fit me in earlier than waiting 4 months. I arrived for my appointment a few weeks later. They kept me up to date on progress, and I was able to bring it home earlier than expected! Completely satisfied. They even cleaned my car inside and out. I had planned to take it to be cleaned because with the winter weather, it was absolutely filthy when I brought it in. Picking up my cleaned and new looking vehicle was such a good feeling… And the sun was out, too.
The entire staff is warm, friendly, the atmosphere while waiting for estimates is comfortable..and the wait time short.
I sent photos… Damage was to the back end driver side. Can’t tell. Happiness restored!

I would not recommend this shop. I am having ato take my vehicle to another repair facility to have it properly repaired. Even after telling them that I was not satisfied with the repairs they told me it’s the best they can do. They sent my vehicle back to me with out filling and burping the coolant causing me to have to get my vehicle towed back to there shop and I watched them add almost 2 gallons of coolant. My hood is higher on one side then the other my headlights were not adjusted properly my hood and fenders don’t line up correctly there are flaws in my pumper cover and looks like crap paint dose not match.

I love this place! The staff in the office is very efficient and friendly to work with and they know their stuff. Workmanship on my damaged explorer when completed looks like nothing ever happened. Paint is perfect, service is perfect.
