Great experience. Colton was very friendly and had some additional manufacturer suggested services that were due. He explained exactly what they were and exactly how much they would cost with it all detailed. Nothing hidden. He was not pushy either. Services were done very close to the time I was told also.

Recently bought a car from Bud Clary Subaru and the passenger side wasn’t working right. It was super easy to bring in and fix. I was lucky enough to have Shelby make my appt when it was convenient for me and when I got there, Colton called the shuttle so I didn’t have to wait around. Really nice people driving the shuttle—Nevaeh & Catlin! And it only ended up taking a couple hours.

I had my oil changed at Bud Clary Subaru for the 3rd time. The first thing I found that is different from anyone else in my experience is this. You drive into the building after the doors ahead of you immediately open and the woman at the desk is right there to greet you. She's an amazing person ❤️ who has been there a long time and knows her job. Yesterday it only took 23 minutes! I was then back in my car in the very same place. Not the noisy spot where they do the work.
I have been in there when they are busier and they do have coffee and water and a few snacks. Not much really. That could be improved on. The waiting room is very comfortable though, with clean restrooms, a television and a fireplace.
So I would recommend Bud Clary Subaru. It's where I bought my new car.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Claire, my service representative, was ready for me when I arrived, quickly checked my car in, and let me know it would be ready in an hour. Had time to go for a good walk with my dig, and get back to wait in the comfortable waiting area until my car was ready as promised.
