The positive reviews posted about Rodman Realty are fabricated. This company runs like slum lords with the barest level of housing, and their actions are exploitative of hard-working people who do not have the financial capacity to hire lawyers to challenge them.

This realty company is trying to charge a tenant of there's a $500. Dollar pet fee for a cat she has had for a long time. It is a senior cat and has not done any damage to the rental. What can she do if she can't afford this costly addition to her rent.

I did not visit Rodman Reality, but I am happy to take this opportunity to say that mine, my siblings, friends and the only time my parents rented a home were bad experiences with this rental agency. My best advise is make sure you go over the property meticulously with your agent, and in writing because they will get you in the end. They tried to charge me for the next month because I didn't give 2 weeks notice. So glad I kept a copy of the date it was sent thru post office. Then they tried to sue me for cleaning the apt when I used a service to have it cleaned.

I have been renting from Rodman for 6 years, it's been nothing but positive. Even when I screw up like not mowing the yard they are very nice about it. If you do what you are supposed to, pay your rent, keep up on maintenance, and communicate with them you will always have an easy and pleasant renting experience with Rodman.

Sam and all the folks at Rodman Realty have managed my property for over 20 years.They have done a superb job. If I got an offer for another management company to manage my property for significantly less, I wouldn't even look at it. You get what you pay for and Rodman, particularly Sam, have done very well. They keep me informed of what is happening with my property's and find good tenants when empties occur

Rodman Realty has been my property management for 6 years now after a disastrous and unhappy service I received from the previous property management I hired. I have been happy with Rodman Realty since. Sam and her team does a great job in managing my property in Longview. She is responsive and she is an industry expert. She is fair to both tenants and owners and communicates well. I am satisfied with their service and looking forward to long term relationship with Rodman Realty. Sam and team are the best!

I lived with Rodman Reality as my manager for 8 years. They are good and fair. I want to rent from them again if I can figure out how to do this application. It says it have a old account with them but won't let me in. I don't understand what the problem is.
