I used Columbia River Properties for leasing out my mom's condo in order to pay for her care . Chris Fry found great tenants who took good care of the property and were timely with the rent payments.
Chris is also my realtor for selling the condo. He has been awesome in communicating with me every step of the way. It is currently in escrow with only 22 days on the market. I am very pleased with the great service I have received.

I felt sorry for Chris Fry in the apartments that he acquired up there in Castle Rock, WA on Hibbert Loop Southwest.This was a mess from the original owners.It was interesting when the maintenance guy came and we found duct tape around the windows from the person or the company that they purchased a place from.I'm using voice to text, hopefully it's accurate.Suffered a stroke at the time of eviction which I did not even know it in the occipital lobe.we were homeless because what had occurred was more than what i could handleI'm autistic as well.We had to use solar for about 5 years because of the electrical system in that place was a mess.I had the floppy faucet syndrome. I'm gonna show you what Chris inherited.Is by no means his fault. I do not blame him for what you're about to see. This is what he inherited on Hibbard Loop St. Southwest in Castle Rock, WA.

I tried to get everything out. I was afraid that I was taking too much time and that I'd be placed in trespassing allows some important medical paperwork along with the remote controlled airplane and stuff like that.Chris fry, you are more than fairtoo much going on in being autistic 'cause i just now found out and in having a medical emergency that had occurred with my strokeAustin didn't know what to do.Thank you for your patience.

Hope they'll let you found a happy home for the remote controlled airplane that I had purchased a while back.And someone that will treat it respect and is using it today.As I said when it occurred, while trying to move out, I suffered a medical emergency.Some medical paperwork behind that was pretty important.
Is that you're going to see is what Chris inherited.Default nor the company's fault.Inherited from the prior company that had it.Really hated in this area.

I'm sorry for what had occurred which was beyond my control.
You inherited a lot of serious things with the apartment complex in Castle Rock.

I don't know if you still have that place or not.
I found it interesting that I still found the pumpkin plant growing and parts of the garden still growing. I'm glad that somebody is taking care of that area.Tree is doing quite well I see too.

The owner of Columbia River Properties demonstrates extreme stinginess and greed. He refuses to spend any money on repairs until tenants vacate, after which he imposes unjust charges. The apartment I rented was infested with toxic mold and dirt. Despite my reports, no action was taken. However, I have substantial evidence to support a lawsuit, including numerous valid documents.

I can’t say enough about these folks! I rented from them in Kalama where it is extremely hard to find rentals, especially at the price they offered. My property was well maintained and clean. Everyone in their office is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. Any contact I had with them was positive and I was so grateful. If you have a an opportunity to rent from them, do it! If you have an opportunity to have them manage your property, you won’t find better! Thank you CTP!

I rented from CRP for 4 years and had a great experience working with them. The communication hasn’t always been the best with who they hire for maintenance now. Kivey was an amazing maintenance guy when he worked for them. I definitely do recommend CRP though just by how nice the property manager and Brenda are. I got most of my security deposit back too which I wasn’t expecting due to the length of of long I’ve lived at my apartment.

This is an awful rental agency. After my heater caught on fire they sent someone out to “fix” it. The fix lasted 10 minutes. I was told a part had to be ordered. In the time of waiting for the part my back door lock stopped working. Fast forward 3 months after my lock stopped working and 6 months after my heater caught fire as well as many phone calls to the office and me putting in my move out notice someone finally came out to change parts. After move out I was charged for regular wear and tear and removal of a satellite dish that was on the house before I moved in.

So far my experience with Columbia property has been pretty straight forward. I was missing a few things Miss Janelle got back to me promptly and when I checked up the following day she was very kind . Two fingers crossed 🤞 that we get approved.
