We have been a returning customer to Windermere because we love our agent. She’s fantastic, nothing bad to say about her.
We’ve bought 2 houses and sold 1 with Windermere. They’ve made tens of thousands of dollars off of our transactions.
Unfortunately the individuals who sold our house lied on a disclosure and our well is completely dry (we have proof they were well aware of this from local well companies who’ve serviced the well before). Very long story short, we are planning on mitigation / litigation, and potentially suing the sellers.
The sellers. Not their agents and certainly not the brokerage we used.
When our agent took this for approval to her broker / Windermere management; they said they would not help and wanted nothing to do with it.
I’m incredibly disappointed that when we actually need support, Windermere and their management team were not willing to help.
All of the disclosures the seller signed (with the false claim) were provided by Windermere. As the third party that obtained and distributed the documents, they should absolutely be involved.
Again, this is after we’ve completed 3 transactions with them. $$$$$
As much as we like and recommend our agent, we will not be returning to Windermere in the future.
When the going gets tough… Windermere doesn’t.

If you're looking for a realtor who cares and is committed to her clientele, is trustworthy, knowledgeable, intelligent, communicative and looks out for your best interests, then look no further! Seriously!

I was so amazed at everything Angela Rapp had done for us when selling our first home! She went WAY above and beyond my expectations and I am extremely thankful she was referred to me.

We were selling our home to purchase another and had a very tight timeline to do so. Angela didn't hesitate to jump in with us and helped calm my nerves as we prepared our home for the sale. Once we had our home ready, she was quick to have a professional photographer come in to take beautiful photos, 360 view and drone footage! I was taken back at not only how quick the turnaround was but, mainly at how wonderful and perfect the photos turned out (so good, even I wanted to buy my house!).

Through the whole process, Angela's persistence kept everything on track and she would immediately call me to update me with any new information.

I put full trust into Angela and never had to second guess anything. She was able to answer all of our crazy questions and professionally handled every moment throughout the process.

I'm somewhat sad this had to end as our house came to close, I felt like I made a new friend!

I HIGHLY recommend Angela to anyone looking for a realtor and I most definitely will be seeking her out again for future purchases and sales!!

Thank you SO much, Angela!

Barbara Stephenson was the best real estate agent. She was very knowledgeable with the area. She was great with communication as I was a first time buyer. She walked me thru each step making it so much easier for me and my family to understand. She knew how to keep me in my budget and let me know when the house was just not something our family would like. She was also very fast to respond to text, email and voicemails. With the covid 19 pandemic going on thru all this she made house hunting breeze. I would highly recommend Barbara if your in the market to buy a new home. Thank you for all your help.

Realtor Tara Lundin, Seller's Agent, Listing Agent, and Buyers Agent, I am the buyer in this story, showed me a property at XX Pacific Place. I fell in love with the home, I recently moved back to Longview to live near my elderly parents. I was the first person to make an offer on this home, $30K over the asking price. The seller and agent accepted my offer. I presented a pre-qualification letter on bank letterhead on January 30, the night we signed. My lender, who is amazing, called Tara while we were signing the Real Estate Purchase Agreement. She called to let Tara know if there was anything she needed, my lender would be there to help. She shared my loan was a solid A+ loan. The only instruction my agent Tara Lundin provided to me that night was to pay my ($3300) in earnest money to the title company within 3 days. She advised me to have a home inspection, stating repairs could only be negotiated if done by a professional. The only timelines given were 3 days to pay earnest money to title, and 10 days to have the home inspection done. Tara said she would keep me abreast of anything else that she needed from me, specifically in regards to deadlines. This was reassuring, as I shared I hadn’t purchased a home in 25 years. We were officially in escrow. I found some vendors' business cards displayed in the Windermere office. I called HD Home Inspections based on their recommendation. Russell responded promptly. I paid HD $695 to have the home inspected, which included a sewer scope and radon. The inspection was completed on the 3rd day of escrow, the inspection revealed structural, foundational, plumbing, and electrical issues, however I still wanted to purchase the home. The same day I received the inspection report while at work, Tara texted me to mention she “forgot to ask me for "proof of funds” I explained to Tara that I was at work and couldn’t talk, and that I would contact her in the morning. I immediately contacted my lender, who immediately contacted Tara. The lender asked Tara to send over the proper document so she could disclose my financials, but Tara never responded to my lender. My lender was waiting. On the 4th day of escrow, after spending $700 on inspections, Tara emailed me to inform me the seller cancelled our contract, and accepted another offer? When my lender & I questioned why, we were told I did not provide proof of funds within 3 days, although my agent never advised me of this responsibility, or deadline. My agent completely FAILED to represent me my interests, which is unethical as I am her client. She could have easily let me know that the "proof of funds" were required by the end of the third day, which would have been provided. I have a very solid loan, a conventional loan with a large down payment. My lender told her that she verified my financials the night she called, and shared that I have an A+ loan, and told her closing should only take a couple weeks. I feel Tara Lundin set me up. I believe she used my offer to BAIT a higher offer from another buyer, without disclosing any home discrepancies. She withheld critical information from me, her client, purposefully to get a higher offer, and then cancel her contract with me. Tara waited until the day after the inspection to inform me they had accepted another offer, while we were in escrow! How does this even happen? Tara Lundin never represented me, she misled me, misinformed me, and stated she would provide ample notice of anything needed from me to close the deal. We were 4 days into the transaction. I have been told by different real estate professionals that it is not customary to ask for proof of funds on a very solid conventional, non-cash, non-contingent loan, and I’ve had several professionals look over the contract, which has many discrepancies, boxes pre-checked on the documents I signed. I called her broker Kevin Campbell, emailed him for help, and he ignored all of my messages. Windermere refuses to speak to me, or reimburse the $695 from their greedy hefty commissions. UNETHICAL on so many levels.
