I am Six years as loyal costumer , two houses and two cars insured using Allstate. On January 20, 2024, I experienced a water leak in my home from the bathroom, which spread to other areas of the house, including the bedrooms, to the basement, laundry room, garage, kitchen, and master bathroom and etc… I called the same day same time the incident happened, filed my claim, and followed with all the instructions the Allstate agent gave me. Yes, a tragic incident occurred there. I always believed that since I was a loyal client who made automatic payments on time each month, Allstate would take care of me in the event of an emergency. Indeed Allstate didn’t.

Since Allstate hasn't shown any honesty or even concern for me after 23 days, I don't see any sense of urgency from them. When I called Bill, my own agent, the office even prevented me from speaking with him, claiming that as your agent, we are helpless to address your matter. Whoa. Simply put, I'm shocked with Allstate's lack of concern and urgency in taking care of devoted customers.

Bill & his team are the most professional people to work with. They are very friendly and always willing to help you if you need to talk to them about your coverage or just anything about Allstate. I have been with them for about 10 years and I don't plan on switching at all. Highly recommend:)

I've been their client for 5 years or so, Bill is very professional and nice to make business with. His suggestions about insurance products are based in his deep knowledge of it. He always calls back within 1 business day if he is not available at the moment of the phone call. The office's staff is very courteous and helpful. What a difference a little shopping makes ! I got repulsed by the steady drum beat of $500-chunk increases on my home-owners, then lesser but as bad gouging on my rentals and auto policies that I just paused, and shopped. State Farm gave me a 880k policy for $1,208 (vs Allstate $1,975 for 680k) -- more coverage for lower premiums ... tells me I'm being scammed at Alllstate ... and all the other policies cascaded as well. Loyalty doesn't seem to have value here, so I switched over 7 policies. Allstate going to be Allscam if they're not careful.

When my homeowner's policy came up for renewal Bill's office called and said that I had an old policy and that they could get me more coverage for less money. I appreciate that they took the time to look at my policy instead of just auto-renewing.
When my windshield took a hit from a rock and cracked, Bill's office made the appointment (after verifying the date/time would work for me) and took care of all the billing. No hassle!
