This was an agent l've known since my 20s l used to party at Sea fair with him. A very nice guy when you chat with him. I've asked on numerous occasions for him to take a look at different things with a different policies l've had at Farmers.
Recently, I had to fight off an attack for my ex-husband going through a divorce on my credit. This has all been handled and I just wanted him to look at it for rates. This is known as rate hiking. If this has happened to you, you can contact the Washington state insurance commissioner

I’m disabled and I am going to register a complaint. This is the best I can do for right now. I’m met this person in the 90s at Sea fair. He was my agent until I left the state of Washington.

I recently returned due to a divorce in the state of Colorado, which is being contested. Right now he’s dealing with a bank of Montreal over identity theft. This is important in what I’m speaking about believe it or not.

I have talked to Tony on numerous occasions with questions concerning my account this last move that he made I believe he may be practicing in rate hiking. I used to sell insurance in the state of Colorado for country insurance and financial. If you wanna know what my record was like, please contact Andrea Romero. Though I do not have her impeccable record. I was working on it.

I am including attachments of text messaging. One of the first text messages I sent him was of a photo. I thought this was so he could recognize me, but the conversation takes a little bit of turn. Please look at all of our correspondence as my phone was hijacked by my ex-husband and I cannot include that.

Sincerely

Tony is great!!! Very knowledgeable and professional. He fixed me up with house and vehicle insurance. I went to him because he has taken such good care of my 94 year old mom’s insurance needs.

Just terrible service all around. He canceled my policy for non-payment without actually trying to get in touch with me. I pay for my insurance once a year for my bike, so it’s not a routine payment that’s on the top of your mind. The only reason I found out was because someone from farmers had emailed me asking for me to submit payment, to which I responded within minutes. He claimed that they sent me two letters but usps’s informed delivery doesn’t show a letter from farmers was ever delivered from the timeframes he claimed. The policy had been cancelled for two months before they emailed me to pay, and he said that I would need to set up an entirely new policy. Tony only sends one sentence responses back with no real info, and refuses to answer any of my questions around why I was being asked to pay for a policy that he had already cancelled a couple months prior. All around poor service during my entire time with them. I’d rather pay the couple extra bucks for an agent who’s actually helpful. I’m just happy I never had to put in a claim with him as I’m sure he’d be just as ā€œhelpfulā€.

I’m reporting Farmers Insurance agent Tony Davidson's poor ethics of
abandoning customers out of what seems like revenge, for switching
insurance companies. Tony let me file a claim without reviewing any
details of the claim with me and without giving any advice about how
it would affect my driving record and insurance premiums. As a result
my insurance premiums have doubled for the next three years. The
initial claim was for $327.44, which if I had known, I could've paid
out of pocket to avoid paying $2,500 in doubled policy charges. The
claim was filed because I drove away from a gas pump and the gas
station company claimed the fuel pump servicing fee. The incident
happened while I was under Tony’s policy, but the gas station company
didn’t ask for compensation until a few months after I had switched
insurance companies.
Upon receiving the claim I immediately forwarded it via email to Tony, and I asked him to explain how my policy would cover the incident. Tony responded with a one sentence that he had forwarded my email to a claims agent, so I thought that everything was fine. 6 months after the claim was processed my current insurance company notified me that because of that claim my rate doubled. I called Tony to ask why he didn’t tell me this would happen. He told me that since I was with a different company he didn’t feel concerned about the issue, since he had done his job by forwarding my claim.
At one point during the claim filing I had even called Tony to ask him
about the process, and at that time Tony deflected my questions and
told me to ask my claims agent. When I asked Tony why he didn’t raise
any red flags when we were on the phone, he responded that he is a
busy man, and he highlighted that he didn’t take time to advise me
since I was no longer his customer.
This is shocking since previously I’d been with Farmer’s about 5 years and I was introduced to Farmer’s through my parents who’d been customers nearly 20 years. Working full time as a CNA I earn $14.80 an hour, which will take me 21 extra days of work to pay for this. I also go to school full time and had to take a student loan of $4,000 to pay for my tuition, so I would have rathered to apply that $2,500 to my loans and not for unnecessary insurance premiums that could’ve been avoided if my agent had actually done his job in advising me.

Tony Davidson is a man of integrity, accountability and principle. I have been a customer of his since 2000 when I moved to Washington from Alaska. He has always been a good insurance man and a wonderful friend
