As a landlord, my dad picked MPI and they were very helpful. Saved our $2700ish check when not cashed. Always responsive, pretty fair cost monthly for their services. Really sweet to us when we sold our building. Happy with MPI 🙂

literal nightmare run scumlords. my heat was out for +6 days this past winter with no urgency or even response from their “emergency repair line”. Took 2 months to get my dishwasher (which was included and promised to be good to go) installed when I first moved in. Place was not cleaned whatsoever prior to me moving in. Icing on the cake is now they refuse to get back to me to get my security deposit back, despite countless phone calls and voicemails left for them. DO NOT RENT WITH MPI. THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO SCRAP OUT EVERY DIME FROM THEIR PROPERTIES.

I had the worst experience ever renting through MPI . I would highly not recommend them . The house I was staying in was horrible and infected with mices . It got so bad that they bite my baby and gotten all in my food and on my furniture . They did me wrong they evicted me right away and wouldn’t let me show my pictures in court . I have 2 kids and they never came out to fix anything . Mices species was all in my food all on my kitchen table all on my daughter bed & toys . And also my headboard ! They also blamed me for garbage that’s not mines ! It been there before I moved there from the upstairs neighbor .so if your looking for a rental companies please do not go through MPI . Pictures before!

I strongly advise other property owners to reconsider MPI for their property management needs. Unethical Practices

Poor Communication: Communication was consistently poor. I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving any response. Important updates about my property were delayed or not provided at all.

Overcharging on Repairs: One of the most troubling issues was the consistent overcharging on repairs. Every month, I had to meticulously review my owner statements and repeatedly discovered overcharges.

I strongly advise other property owners to avoid them. Their unethical practices and poor management have caused significant frustration and financial loss I should report them.
