Very rude and unprofessional the light skinned dude who is usually in the front working the front desk very careless and rude ask him questions he will just refer to the website as if he doesn’t know anything and will not answer. Never in the building always closed or leaving will watch you park and walk up the steps and turn the light off on you and sneak right out the back.NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.THEY ARE NO HELP TO RHIS COMMUNITY WHAT SO EVER.

They some slump lords. I currently rent from them and they ignore all my calls and emails. They don’t care about any of my concerns.

I rent from them right now and have asked that my landlord call before he walks in my house and he dont. The upstairs unit from me have been empty the whole 7 months I lived here till August 20 and its leaking brown water all over my kitchen and bathroom and no one is welling to help or move me and my 4 kids to a different location. Be careful with this place when October come back and I can move I'm leaving hopefully my kids dont become sick from all this.

It was clear from my first experience with Holzmann & Associates that the company is dedicated to providing affordable rentals in a market that is not always kind. The company really tries to work with you, even if your rental history is not stellar. When things break, they try to fix the issue as quickly as they can. Reading some of these one-star "reviews" it's obvious these were left by malcontents who have an axe to grind. Based on their grammar and spelling, some are simply ignorant. My experience with this company has been positive and I would rate them as reliable and trustworthy.

I will never rent here or let anyone rent from these people slum Lords that fix nothing!!! It's literally been raining in my apartment these past 3 months we have lived here and definitely moving soon we have called 3 times a week since we lived here and you can only speak to the receptionist tina

EVERYTHING is rigged to stay or just half @$sed. MANAGERS are slum Lord's over a month for washer HOOKUPS to put in washer and check ducts mine was filled with diapers prior to moving in....be carefulGREG told me I didn't like it to STOP PAYING RENT

They only want your money. I was supposed to move in but the house is still not ready and there rud. I gave them 1300 and now they want me ti waite 21 days to get my money back
