Alex Husary, our incredible property manager, is absolutely amazing and wonderful. He is extremely thorough, communicative, professional, kind, responsive and eager to assist. Alex provides high-level care and service, and does so with a sweet and genuine demeanor that helps you know you’re in great hands. And, Alex has brought us the best of techs for our repairs/maintenance and they’ve been wonderful as well. Mikayla was wonderful and professional in trying to help me find a place. After two units became unavailable, due to situations outside of her control, she did her best to try to accommodate, including meeting with me for showings after normal business hours. Incredible communication. Whether you’re looking to buy a house or rent an apartment, I can’t recommend Mikayla at structure properties enough.

Structure Properties is the reason why we have enjoyed renting so much. We have been renting our condo through them for the past 5 years with multiple instances of both emergent and non-emergent repair situations (from a bathroom light flickering to water leaking through the roof). There has yet to be a situation where we were not contacted within 24 hours with a reasonable game plan on how to address the situation appropriately and expediently. The staff is very helpful and maintains good communication between the landlord and ourselves. In times where we needed to get work done to the place ourselves, they helped us to get refunded from the landlord. Their website is very user friendly and straight forwarded for managing auto-payments as well as unit claims. Corey, in particular, has been an absolute pleasure to have managing claims and fixing little to large repairs. He is respectful of our privacy, professional in his communications, and quick to respond. If he is unable to fix the problem himself, he has the "hook-up" for getting the job done.

Awful customer experience. Doesn't answer calls and would not return left messages and texts. Tried completing an online application twice because the site crashed in the middle of filling it up and had to redo everything so I gave up on the third time. I feel like I dodged a bullet because I cant imagine having a problem on a rental property and I wouldn't be able to contact this property management.
