Bit of a toss up here. Have lived here for several years and it has some good and bad. They don’t bother you much and do fix issues when they come up. On the other hand rent keeps being raised and it won’t be an affordable choice much longer.
If you move here be warned, it’s not bad but not the best for the price anymore. Watch out for rent increases, if it’s tight financially to start don’t move here as you won’t be able to afford the rent increases and price for laundry.
Make your own choices though, not bad overall right now but I can’t say that in the next few years.

Two months ago I had reached out and applied for a townhome in Pleasant Prairie. On 9/27/22 I had gone to see the unit knowing renovations were being done. At this showing I was told by management that they were waiting on kitchen cabinets to come and that the unit would be ready by 10/13/22, so I put a $200 deposit down to hold my spot. A week later I was told cabinets were on back order and didn’t know when the unit would be ready and that he’d reach out when he knew. I waited weeks to hear back from them. After finally reaching out myself I got a response saying cabinets would be in by 10/31/22 and would be ready for move in on 11/1/22 and got an official move in date of 11/5/22. When I went for a final showing on 11/1/22 the unit still was not complete; cabinets were not, most doors were not up, those that were did not open or close due to catching on carpet, fans had not been cleaned, dishwasher and sink were not installed yet, and the blinds and outlet covers still were not put on. I was then told it would be done the next day, everyday that week I was told “it will be done tomorrow”. The day before my official move in date I was told the unit still was not done. Clearly frustrated, I responded expressing my concerns and disappointment with the whole process. I then got a response an hour later, stating that it would be ready the next day and that the owner would meet me there to do a final walk through and if I didn’t want the unit anymore I could get my $200 back. Upon arriving on 11/5/22 I expressed my concerns to the owner and she was very rude. I DO NOT recommend living here. The management is poor, owners are rude, maintenance is slow, and they are only money hungry. Also, the photos of the outside ARE NOT accurate with what’s actually outside. If you pull around to the back where parking is, you’ll see LOTS of garbage, things everywhere, unclean, and overall just poorly kept up with.

I have to say that Team Management helped me out when me and my significant other had nowhere to go. The individuals that worked with me overlooked a huge set back whereas others denied us immediately. I never had an issue with Team Management nor the managers and staff that work for Team Management. They are always willing to work with anyone as long as your honest, respectful, and considerate. Thank you for your assistance and I hope that you may assist me again in the near future.

Worst landlords that I've had in years. They expect the rent to be there on the 1st yet when you have an issue they are slow to fix it. When I first moved in the water heater went out and it took 2 days to be fixed. I literally came home and there was a water heater just sitting in my kitchen uninstalled. My place is an icebox because the doors aren't the right size. You can feel all the air coming in through the top, side, and bottom. When I called I was told "If I could replace all the doors I would, but I can't." How is that my problem? So I'm just expected to either 1) Freeze or 2) Have my bill be abnormally high? Stay away if you can!!!!. Once my lease is up I'm out of here.

No stars what so ever!!!!!. worse rental company I've ever used. They don't care about their tenants and are VERY money hungry. They will charge you for so much stuff just to keep your security despot. beware and dont move there. They are a very bad company and let ghetto ratchet people move in their property. I would of rated them with no star but google makes you rate at least one star.

I can't recommend this company. The gentleman we spoke with was engaging and hopeful but the practices used to rent thier properties are backhanded a bit. Be VERY skeptical when dealing.
