If your card becomes compromised and they tell you that you need a new one, expect to wait almost two weeks for it to arrive.
Absolutely ridiculous. Changing banks due to how insanely inconvient it was to have zero access to my funds.

I called to find out about info on checking accounts. It sounded like I woke this Gail up. She didn't even get what I was asking about at first. She sounded groggy and didn't seem to want to look up the info I wanted. Finally she must have found a brochure to read. Very unprofessional!
