I use Harms Insurance Group for my business insurance. When we had a major catastrophe in our town, that effected many businesses, they contacted me the evening of the event to reach out and let me know that they were available for me. So appreciated! It felt like they had my back and were there during such a scary time. The adjusters and Harms were in constant contact and were responsive and timely. I really appreciate their professionalism. I learned from a few other business owners that had different insurance of what a nightmare they were dealing with. It made me so grateful that I had chosen Harms, not only to be my local partner in business, but because they were making my life so much better by taking care of me and my business. I have the highest regard for them! This is why you pay into insurance, to know that when the worst happens, they're going to be there and they will relieve some of the stress instead of adding to it.

We moved all of our business insurance to Harms just over 2 years ago and could not be happier with the result. We have worked with some larger area agencies and never felt like they cared much about our business after each renewal. I have had my business and personal insurance with Harms for many years. They are always accessible if a question comes up or if I need to update a policy. Nicole at Harms let me know that Harms works with additional insurance types for those on Medicare. My husband and I met with Kathy on a Medicare supplemental plan. Kathy gave us several options and prices for both health and drug insurances. She explained the differences and made great recommendations based on our health and drug needs. I highly recommend Harms and Kathy if you are on Medicare and need or want additional coverage.

I do not like giving negative reviews. On a Friday I scheduled a Monday appointment with a Harms agent to discuss health insurance options. I called the Sun Prairie number, so naturally I figured the appointment would be in Sun Prairie. Why wouldn't I? Well, I got there, having driven out of my way to make it, and it turned out the agent was in Lake Mills. Come on, Basic Business 101 requires a business with 2 locations to specify which one will be the location of an appointment. Obviously I cannot trust them after a first impression like that. I understand that mistakes get made, no one is perfect, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
