I have used chambers for quite a while. This bank has always been reliable and helpful with all my needs. The staff at this location are very friendly! Particularly a teller named Colton. He has gone above and beyond several times to meet my needs. I look forward to the end of the construction at this location so I can go back inside!

Staff is very friendly and helpful every time I come in. The Manager, Randy I believe, is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The kid, Jason is always the first to greet me and ask me what I need help with! He’s so sweet and if I go through the drive thru Colton is very helpful! I love banking with Cambers!

Trying to charge $800 for a withdrawal from an IRA for my 80 YO mother. Haggled down to $72, but it's really disgraceful to charge older adults that much to withdraw money that is theirs. Told me it was a federal fee that they were passing on to Mom, but told her it was a banking fee. The bank manager threatened me when I said we would take our money elsewhere. I previously had to fight to get market value on an interest rate. Very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. We will both be moving our money.

I’ve been a customer of Chambers bank for over 4 years from having a loan, savings account, and checking account. I have not used my account hardly in the past year. I have a had terrible experiences with the retail side of this bank. The only thing good about this bank is the loan departments! Will be closing my account with this bank and will never use them again!
