My family and I recently sold our house and we were unable to find our forever home. (In this crazy market). When searching for a rental property that would fit our needs we were blessed to have found Kim with WAPM. She was incredibly kind and empathetic to our situation. My phone calls and questions were answered promptly. Kim found a property that was perfect for us! Renting is a new adventure for us, having been home owners for over 20 years we were not well versed in the process of renting a house. Kim made the transition seamless. Once in the home, we discovered a few things that needed to be repaired. Kim and Brougan IMMEDIATELY addressed everything on my list with the assistance of Jake, the awesome maintenance manager!! The team work at WAPM is impressive! I can confidently recommend renting any property managed by WAPM!!! Thank you for making our difficult situation easier!!

If I could give a 0/10 I would. Wausau Area had taken over the unit I was renting and from the hill, it went down there. The first week under their management I got a phone call from Brett himself telling me if I posted about them on Facebook I needed to take it down or there would be repercussions (wasn't me ) when they had me come into their office to sign the new lease they ended up arguing with me over signing the new lease which was different than the previous one I was under & when I started asking questions they because very disrespectful and rude, from the lack of maintaining our unit, only came in our unit 2x the whole lease & both times they fixed the problems half-ass. Our sub pump cord had been broken, so they sent their “maintenance” guy to come to slice the cord and put it back together with electrical tape. We constantly had a mold problem in the bedrooms & which was brought up to Brett & Brougan several times they did not acknowledge it. This past summer we discovered that an animal had crawled into the bathroom exhaust fan & deteriorated causing a foul smell and many bugs (it was 80+ degrees) I called Brougan asking if someone could come to take care of it, and she laughed and hung up the phone. It’s been nothing but childish games with them & still, after moving out nothing has changed. Please do not rent from these slumlords.

Prepaid for 6 months under the old landlord with a lease and when he sold it they said I had to pay $200 more a month or move out. When I said then return my money they said "ask your old landlord". Crazy crooked.
