Not only does this bank have the best customer service I have ever experienced but it also filled its gorgeous building with original art curated by Art Ventures Gallery featuring artists from Northwest Arkansas.

This bank NEEDS to teach their customer service skills to Bank OZK and Arvest! From the time we first walked in the door, we were treated to a caring professional staff. They took time with us and wanted our business! Sterling is now in Fayetteville, but will soon add a location in Rogers. We are happy to find this unique bank!
