I want to start by saying that I truly loved my time at Weston Pines Apartments. The landlord and maintenance team were always kind and helpful, and I’m genuinely grateful for their support over the years. That said, I do want to share a word of caution.

Diamond Property Management is one of the best management companies in the area, but the previous management, Premier Property Management, did not take proper care of these units. As a result, some developed serious issues, such as mold.

In my unit, I discovered black mold hidden beneath the kitchen sink, covered with contact paper—presumably by Premier, since I moved in under their management. Additionally, there are soft spots beneath the linoleum flooring, which suggests possible mold in the subfloors. My unit and my former neighbor’s had a persistent musty smell, a common indicator of a larger building-wide issue.

I’d like to believe that notifying Diamond about my move-out due to mold will prompt them to investigate, but I can’t say for sure. If you're considering moving in, I strongly recommend asking about the condition of the unit and whether any past issues have been properly addressed.

I visit my friend every few days, who lives in these apartments. The parking lot is terrible. There are huge potholes and they rarely plow in the winter. Most cars were stuck in the snow the past few snowstorms. The landlord never answers or returns phone calls when there are issues with the property or neighbors.

Low income apartments that are not low on clenthiness, management, maintenance or updated appliances. Wonderful on-site (most days) manager. Laundry in the building, on both floors. No storage spaces. Ample parking.

Horrible service! Was told to do online applications and I did it and I tried calling the office for answer as I was told to come in and get paper application and never got a phone call back or anyone to pick up the phone!! Why waste my time?!
