We were having an issue with our furnace; I contacted PGA to schedule someone to come out and take a look. The tech was very friendly & professional. He took the time to explain the issue we were having and what he needed to do to get it working.
We also scheduled a plumber to come take a look at our toilet, he was also friendly and professional, he explained everything in detail, etc. One of the best experiences I've had with a company. I highly recommend PGA. Great job guys and thank you for your hard work!

I highly recommend PGA! Our furnace went out last night and we didn’t realize it until around 8:45pm. We called PGA and they were able to get someone out quickly. Furnace went out sometime in the early morning before I had to go to work.
Called PGA before 7, they said could get someone here by noon. Said ok .
They called back about 10 minutes later and said they could have a service man here in 15 minutes instead even though it wasn't an emergency.
Technician was very friendly and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in short order and the price was reasonable.
Will definitely be using their service again and will definitely recommend them to others.
