Heidi did an amazing job not only with helping us purchase a home, but also with moving from Arizona to Wyoming. Even after we purchased our new home, Heidi took the time to answer questions about updating our home and preparing us for our first Wyoming winter!

When we visited prior to moving to Kemmerer, Heidi took the time to drive us around town and get acquainted with the surrounding areas.

Heidi Despain was HIGHLY UNETHICAL and this home purchased through her has been a literal LIVING NIGHTMARE with THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS $$$ SPENT on repairs within the first few WEEKS! She BLATANTLY LIED about BLACK MOLD when point blank asked if there was MOLD that I was smelling with the hot tub in the home. It COST over $5,000 to get the Hot Tub out of the home and there is STILL A BLACK MOLD ISSUE from the unethical contractor that she recommended! SHE LIED and said that Wy was too cold for Mold, however, NOT for a room with a Hot tub of course, and she KNEW FULL WELL that this was the case as it was proven in a multiplicity of issues that she was being HIGHLY and repeatedly dishonest! I have been EXTREMELY ILL living in this Black Mold House and my Health is deteriorating rapidly & I am praying to get out of it! WHY didn't the inspector catch this (what he bribed?) and she also knew that the owner knew about the BLACK MOLD as he replaced part of the motor sytem at our request. She also didn't disclose MANY other issues, like the roof being so poor that we can't even get insurance for the home. Plus, there was no disclosure for the SEWER TREE ROOT ISSUES that backed up the SEWAGE from one of the toilets! A HORRENDOUS CATASTROPHE! Another $3,000! SO MANY OTHER NIGHTMARE ISSUES & $$$$$ SPENT, I CANNOT NAME THEM ALL! This is a LITERAL "MONEY PIT" HOUSE because of things that were unethically NOT DISCLOSED! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT AND HER COMPANY!

We had put an offer on a home in Kemmerer Wyoming, instead of the normal putting $500.00 down on earnest money, we were asked to put $1500.00. My wife drove to Kemmerer to make the 72 hour deadline to put down the $1500.00 earnest money. Through the process of the contract another offer was accepted and ourcontract was nolin void within 48 hours. An agreement was signed the earnest money was to be returned to us immediately. We waited 2 weeks until we contacted our realtor about not recieving the earnest money yet that we were able to have it returned, in another 4 days. The experience with quality builders and realty, whomever the realtor was, Heidi Despain, was exhausting and irritating and in the end was an emotional heartbreaking experience that has left us in confusion and sadness. There is no personal relationship between the realtor and us buyers that would give you the confidence in finding the right home for your family with these realtors. We thank our personal realtor, Penny Teffertiller, with Cowboy State Realty, for doing everything she could for us to get us into a home we love. And despite the loss with the home we put our heart and souls into in Kemmerer Wyoming, she hasn't stopped in helping us find another dream home.
