I call the people that make up this credit union, family. I highly respect them because of their hard work and dedication to their jobs. They are always willing when I need a loan, when I need to open a new account or if I just have a question They truly understand and always, always, go beyond my expectations. I feel like I have known them my whole life and they have truly made me a part of their credit union family.

Please don't misunderstand my reasoning for this review. I have been a customer of this company for MANY, MANY YEARS. Yes, you read it correctly, YEARS! HOWEVER, I have had NOTHING but HEADACHE after HEADACHE from this establishment for the past few years. I am a widow going on 20 years now, and most RECENTLY the "management", or whomever has decided to start bothering me with giving them a copy of the death certificate. NOW, I UNDERSTAND that it's PROBABLY a "company" policy, BUT I now live in a different state, so it's VERY, VERY difficult for me to just "pop in" and give them a copy. I HAVE since come to an agreement with the branch, and it seems to be acceptable to all parties involved. I WILL update on the outcome of this situation. I WILL say that, I most DEFINITELY WOULD recommend this company to ANYONE!! They put their customers first and foremost, ALWAYS!

I have always been please with this Credit Union. It showed this time around when my Debit card was compromise, the personnel went above and beyond in getting my new card to me to the extent of tracking the card, providing phone numbers in case it didn't show up on time and getting it activated when I could not contacting the activation center. This the main reason I am still with them today and will be for years to come. It's the people that impress me the most.
