As a local delivery driver these apartments are spooky. I am a large, fit, adult male, and I feel extremely uneasy having to go to this complex and feel bad for the good people who do end up living here. There are very few places around Lander that feel unsafe at night but this is definitely one. I’ve seen and heard fights, there’s broken door jams, and people screaming at all hours inside and outside of the apartments. If you don’t know much about Lander please know that these apartments are not where you want to be and there are other safer, cleaner, and quieter places to live.

I'm update my review went from 1 star to 2 because of new management. Recommend for those that like to party have the cops called several times each night. Theres free entertainment you get to watch a fight few times a week. You might get some excitement from your car getting broken into. And the security reviews there is none cams are fake. The code on doors are broken anyone can come right in. If your planning on moving out here knock on anyone door and ask them about the place...

Nothing special about these apartments. Maintenance is lacking. I have been in apartments constructed by the same company that are fairly identical, the same "wear and tear" is consistent due to poor construction. Carpet has not been properly stretched in the apartments and have ripples. Carpet on stairs pulls away from the walls. Keypad door lock rarely is functional. Some tenants trash the place allowing their children to color on walls, throw trash in the halls and dont value the property. The apartments themselves are not layed out too bad, very spacious and are able to easily accommodate a family of 3-5. Had tenants treat the place with respect they would be a great place to live.

Very unsafe place to live. People harassing people. There are good tenants but the bad ones are bad. New management seems to be trying to clean things up however, It’s sad when you don’t even want to go home or are scared to go outside and be seen by these yucky people. Not recommended if you want a stress free and safe place to live.

Terrible place to live. Neighbors call the cops on you for no reason. I spent months paying my deposit off and they refuse to give any of the 650 back at all and actually charged me a bill after i spent hours cleaning the stupid place. Charged me tons of extra move out fees just to be jerks after they said i would get some of my deposit back. Lots of kids running around all day. Loud neighbors and then they call the cops on you place is a joke im sorry i ever lived there. And they will change the lease with no notice. They are dishonest said i would get my deposit back and here i get a bill. What a joke.
