My experience at State Farm, with Justus Jacobs was excellent. Justus was friendly, professional, and Justus took the time to understand my needs, ensuring that I get the best insurance coverage while looking out for my best interests. My previous insurance company recently raised rates, and I was shopping for a new insurance agency for my home and auto. State Farm gave me superior price coverage that would not break the bank!

We had our 2nd home insured with another company & recently our premium increased drastically. We did some research on homeowners insurance in Wyoming & saw that State Farm was highly recommended. Justus was listed as a local agent in Lander so luckily we contacted him! What a pleasure it was to work with him, not only was he personable and competent @ giving us a quote for our house & vehicle, his quote saved us a significant amount of money. We highly recommend Justus!

After shopping for homeowners insurance for a new home purchase we called Justus Jacobs State Farm Agency here in Lander. Dustin Platt was my point of contact and was not only extremely professional and timely, but their rates where so much better than The Gecko and USAA that we had him price our autos to see about switching. No doubt they beat their rates and we have made the move and could not be happier to be supporting local folks in the community. If you have not called them, please do yourself the favor and reward yourself with real customer service and people on the other end of the phone rather than a website or app. Thanks so much Justus and Dustin we sure do appreciate you.

I made an appointment to visit with Justus over the phone due to Covid concerns. The meeting went perfectly. The necessary documents were sent to me via email and he called me right on time. I feel he listened and had my best interests in mind. He was totally professional and I feel like we are well protected.

My husband and I totaled our car after hitting an antelope on the way to the Grand Tetons. We ended up in Lander, WY unsure of what to do next. Dustin Platt at State Farm helped us immensely by advocating for a rental car and tow truck.
