I've nothing but great things to say. I was treated kindly opening my account had any and all questions answered. They was transparent about any fees and allowed to opt out easily from overdraft so I do not mistakenly incure an unexpected charge. I was easily able to set up my mobile banking app and activate my card without having to make a call and was given 2 numbers a general one and one to the lady that opened my account with friendly instructions that if I had any questions or trouble to call.

I've been a customer with RNB State Bank for some time now, and while I've appreciated certain aspects of their service, their approach to overdraft fees has left me very frustrated. Recently, I was hit with an overdraft fee that seemed completely unfair, as it occurred due to me mistakenly submitting a payment to them instead of my other bank. Even when I explained my situation to customer service, they seemed uninterested in understanding or reversing the charges. It feels like they prioritize collecting fees over genuinely helping their customers manage their finances. I'd recommend anyone considering RNB State Bank to think twice if you're looking for a fair and transparent banking experience. You can find better. THIS BANK IS ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN'T DO.

Great bank to work with. They really care about the community and helping people in Rawlins. They have good online banking and have made improvements to their services. They have helped us immensely with our personal lives and our business. During COVID when businesses were falling on hard times, RNB State Bank was an asset in taking advantage of government resources and helping the local economy. They responded faster and more efficiently than the big corporate banks.
