I had a lengthy conversation with an agent giving all my properties details and needs. I waited patiently for 2 weeks to hear from them and when I went into their office THEY SAID THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF ME AND HAD NO RECORD OF OUR CONVERSATION!! YOUR SERVICE COULD NOT BE MORE TERRIBLE!!!!! AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS SENILE!! NOT ONE BIT OF AN APOLOGY. EXPECT TO BE DEALT WITH IN THE SAME WAY IF YOUR NEEDS ARE SOMEWHAT COMPLEX!!!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY COULD NOT HELP ME BUT RATHER THAN CALL ME BACK AND ADMIT THIS THEY ACTED LIKE THEY NEVER HEARD OF ME. After all the details I gave you this should have jogged your memory of our conversation on May 7
