If you are considering renting with Laramie Plains, do it. Trevor is extremely responsive friendly, and empathic, along with his awesome maintenance staff. Not to mention the apartment we stayed in was beautiful and had an amazing location. I 100% recommend renting from here.

I really enjoyed my experience renting from Laramie Plains Properties. Trevor was super responsive and helpful when I had problems in my apartment. The maintenance team was extremely quick and efficient when there were issues with laundry machines and other related problems. The close proximity to campus was a nice bonus! Highly recommend renting from Laramie Plains Properties!

Rude, take forever to fix things (broken regular door to secure garage took 9 months), keep raising rent when they said they wouldn’t, charge hundreds in cleaning fees when you move out and don’t tell you. Also they will show your apartment or come in for maintenance when they don’t give notice and will refuse to leave. Don’t move here and give them your money.

Laramie Plains Properties as professional and personable of a place to rent from as you will find. Not only was the move in/move out process very straight forward with no red-tape, the service while I was renting from them was top notch. Consistently going out of their way to make sure their tenants had a top tier living experience. Nothing but good things to say about Trevor and Co. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Laramie Plains Properties is the absolute best! They remodeled our complex to look gorgeous and even added electronic key codes to our doors. They are always so pleasant to work with even when you get locked out or something breaks. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this group!

If necessary I will update this review with post-check out information, even though I don't think it will be necessary.
I rented on of the properties on Ivinson. Spacious, bright, prime location - I had nothing to complain about this apartment. On the contrary, it was a very welcome difference to some of Laramie's dark basement holes. The rent wasn't cheap, but not expensive either. Definitely worth it. Trevor and the rest of the staff have always been wonderfully friendly and helpful.

So far I got no reason not to recommend this company.

I rented from them all three years during college and couldn't have asked for a better place to live. Between the location, Trevor, and the maintenance staff, it was great! They were quick to help and easy to deal with, if you're looking for a place to stay I would recommend these guys!
