My fiancé has banked First National for over 14 years. We recently caught fraudulent transactions on our bank account. I notified the bank next day . Went to the bank to see what was happening to find out the bank did a printout to show us who this person is. Clearly stated from Christina Smith at the national branch in Sallisaw on Cherokee Ave we are not paying the money back . And your account is in the negative you have to pay the $1,100 now ! Clearly there was fraudulent going on in this account and want us to pay it that does not make sense clearly the bank just said who !! I have spoken to a lot of people who work at that bank. I get the runaround every time Stephanie Davidson. Caught her in her lives multiple times over the PPD payments.” Stephanie said we don’t know if that was you.” it states on the bank statements and on the individuals, Verizon Web pay. Well you’re over your 60 days she said no I was in the bank before my 60 days was up now y’all are dragging yawls feet not to return the money. She got caught on the phone not a word I said hello yeah I’m here I said are you gonna answer my questions? She said we already had this discussion and hung up on me. I have spoken to fraud fraud said well we can’t give you back your money until Verizon releases your money. No the bank is responsible because the bank cleared it through the clearing house the ACH payments, and whenever your account has multiple transactions like this a month two months the bank is supposed to automatically shut it down they never did, they continued it for a very long time. Emily Howard spoke with her at the national bank in Sallisaw. Sat in her office, and we spoke fraud together. I won’t say anything bad about her because she actually did try to help me. But then I would call the bank to speak to her. Leave her voicemails. She didn’t return my phone calls. Matt mcaldwell the president of national Bank of Sallisaw told Christina Smith you need to collect the money or go to his house. I have a print out statement stating demand the money. And I’m pretty sure he has told Christina Emily do not return my phone calls. I spoke with Matt on March 14,2024 very rude very disrespectful. I asked him about the ACH payments I don’t know what you’re talking about. He said I said you don’t OK the count was in the negative. Why did you tell your worker to collect the money knowing it was in the negative I don’t know what you’re talking about. Multiple times. I said yes you do you know exactly what I’m talking about because I have every bank statement the $1100 receipt I have it all. Matt said here are you talking to? Where are you getting your information? Who do you keep talking to? He was more concerned on who I was speaking to then resolved in the issue . Matt said to me do not call this bank again we are no longer doing business” I said, do what” you heard me I don’t have to keep on repeating myself. Don’t call the bank again and hung up on me. I have the conversation recorded. This is an acceptable, and each and every individual should be fired from their job.. none of them did their job as they do we put our money in the bank for a reason to keep our money safe to keep it secure and I will post this video!

I LOVE this bank. Absolutely everyone I’ve encountered has been just so kind and willing to explain things to me in a way I can understand. I’ve been with another bank and switched to this one and I’ve never had any regrets. The Old Greenwood branch and the Garrison branch in particular have been lovely to work with.

This is the worst banking system I have ever dealt with. They are rude, judgemental, and downright hateful at most branches. They don't like having to get more money than the ATM will let you have out for you. It's a giant bother for the bankers to bank, I suppose. They fraud alert your card if you use it online for just about anything; it's like you have to ask permission from your parents to use your own damn money. (Then the fraud alert texts show up 30 minutes late... so good job on that). Their ATMs rarely work. If you want a paper statement mailed to you they take $5 every month. Nahhhh... I'll be cashing out soon. My money isn't green enough for the Sicards.

Isaac Rogers is the absolute best banker anyone can have! I left a large bank where I was just a number. Not so, with Isaac. He cares about every customer. And the bank where I was just a number would never give me a loan. But FNB did, after I’d had an account with them for just over a year. Personal service where they know your name is what FNB provides. And that’s important to me!

I've been trying to open an account with this bank since last week, but nobody there ever seems to know what they're doing. Today I get told to wait a moment and someone will be right with me. After waiting 20 minutes I get told once again that there isn't anyone there that can help me. Why have me sit and wait? Why keep telling me to come back when clearly you guys don't ever have anyone there that knows what they're doing? Also, they won't give you a number for customer service when asked because "they are the customer service".

Atrocious customer service at the Garrison Ave location. The last time I went to a teller, I had to call customer service who then laughed at the teller and informed me how to do what I needed online. So we closed our account and left. If I have to do it myself online then what's the point? If you need a local bank, use Simmons. Otherwise cashapp is great.

Nice people who were eager to help, but their hands seem tied by terrible policies, leaving the employees unable to make commonsense decisions to take care of their customers. My transaction got delayed and botched numerous times, and the employees were able to do little to make it right, "because of the policy." Their on-hold recording boasts that they are an alternative to "big, conglomerate banks," but I had to do this same type of transaction with several big conglomerate banks, all of whom were actually much easier to transact with than FNB.
