I have been a customer of theirs for 6 years or so now and never had a problem that wasnt resolved quickly. And almost every time I had a problem, it wasnt a bank issue but something I caused or due to my situation. I moved 2500 miles away but kept them and this presents some unique challenges sometimes but whenever I've called, emailed or texted, I explain the situation and they do their best to find a solution that fits my unique set of circumstances. I've never had the level of personal service from a bank that I have from this credit union. Each member is unique and they seem to try and understand that. When I used to live locally, I would go in once, maybe twice a month to deposit a check and one teller, I forget his name.. a short, skinny guy that I think has a beard and rides a bike... always remembered my name, greeting me by name before I even presented my check.

StagePoint saved me from another local credit union years ago and they have been my rock ever since. They are kind, they are careful, and they are infinitly more competent than my last bank. I have also seen them extend so much generosity and kindness in the community. Gena in particular has helped me in every imaginable situation. She is always there to double check and protect my account. You will be in the best hands if you pick StagePoint.

Used stage point for auto loan. Website says it's open Saturday but it's only the drive thru. Nothing stating payments made by Friday.

I have banked at StagePoint FCU since February 2015 when it was still Laramie Plains Federal Credit Union. I have been consistently pleased with the service. When i moved to Laramie in 2015, i had a debt free Jeep Commander. During that summer, i attained my certification to sub teach in Albany County. Two weeks before school started, my jeep broke down. I walked into LPFCU and told a loan office that i had just moved there, had just attained my certificate to sub, I didn’t have a job yet, and no income but my car had broken down and that i needed $2500.00 for repairs. The young lady left the office came back in ten, and handed me a deposit receipt for $2500.00. I am on my third vehicle with SPFCU. I now have a checking account, savings account, life insurance policy, credit card, and a car loan with SPFCU. I have always been treated like part of the family. On October 1, I closed my TX bank account to bank fully with SPFCU beginning. I couldn’t be happier.

I have been banking here for many years and always been treated well. I recently needed a loan, Kendra and Amanda were both extremely helpful. They were able to find a loan that would work for me and with the help of Quintin, get it to my account with no time wasted.. making a huge difference in getting things taken care of when I needed to. I'm very appreciative of how they handled the process. And highly recommend banking here.

Awesome customer service. Stopped by for some quick information since I’m new in town and the young man who helped me (Cody?) was a delight. He seemed to be working in the back but came right up to help me when he saw it was getting busy. I’ve been in customer service for my whole life, and he is the type of employee that keeps people around. He also basically sold me on opening up an account there this week (I already have a bank elsewhere, so I’m not sure how he managed that), and overall made my quick visit in very pleasant. I never leave reviews, but this was something I couldn’t ignore. Kudos to him and all of the friendly staff there.
