I want to caution my community about my experience with a rental company. I rented from them, and they attempted to withhold over $800 of my deposit, claiming I left the house in poor condition, requiring extensive cleaning. This went on for weeks until I filed a claim in small claims court, which prompted a change in their attorney's position. If you're considering renting from them, be aware that you should be able to get your deposit back, but you may need to advocate for it. A crucial aspect of standing up to their attorney is being well-prepared with all your documentation and photos. When conducting a move-in inspection, it’s vital to record every detail, including scuffs, scrapes, scratches, cracks, and any items that are missing. We even documented tge condition of the lawn because they tried to say we killed the grass. If I hadn’t maintained such detailed notes, I risked losing my security deposit to dishonest practices.

These people are amazing! They have worked with me at every level. Rebecca helped me get out of my old place and into a new beautiful apartment! She's an amazing woman to work with and I will always go to them, houses or apartments. I'm only writing this because I've encountered several slime landlords in our city and this group takes care of their clients. Every time I walk in I'm welcomed and every time I have an issue it's resolved very quickly. Highly recommended!

Just started renting with these guys and it has been a pain all around. The place I am renting currently needed to be fixed up and cleaned before I moved in like they said in the walk through. Surprise, nothing was done or changed over a three week span so I had to move in to a dirty house while they charge for cleaning my old place which was left in better shape than this place has probably ever been in. Takes forever to return calls or they just don’t, even if you identify yourself in the message. It’s been a month and a half with no help from maintenance for things that should have already been done. Very unhappy and will not go through them again.

Jessica has been amazing to work with. I was in a huge time crunch to get an apartment at a very stressful time and Rebecca and the entire LPM team were so kind and amazing and did such an amazing job of finding me an apartment that I love.
