If I could give negative stars I would. I applied for a home through these folks, they took my money and then I never heard from them until I filed a complaint with our local BBB office. Within 2 hours of filing the complaint, Bruce Lee called and said I was denied (big shocker). That was the only phone call I ever received from them. Never once did they return my call and I called daily.

Have rented from then now for over 8 years. They have always been very helpful and great landlords to work with . I don’t understand the bad reviews for them let them know when there is a issues and they take care of it as soon as they can they have always worked with me.

To the other review, I have had absolutely no problem with the management company. The staff has never been rude to me, but I have treated them with respect. As for only 2 showings a week, they told me there are showings every afternoon, and if you call early enough you can set the time for the showing. I moved here from out of state and if I'm going to rent a house, I would want to see it. I moved into a cesspool of a trailer because I didn't see it. Luckily, I found Alerin, was able to see the place I was going to move into, and took the time to look over the property I was going to be renting and decide if I wanted to live there. I completely understand their stance on 'you have to see it to get a rental form.' If I had seen the trailer I moved into, I'd of stayed in my car until I found another place.

They aren't 5 star resort quality places, but they aren't leaky, hole riddled rat traps. They are, however, the cheapest I found in town that didn't have crack heads within a stone's throw of your front door. I looked at a few places and each one was clean, painted, and floors shampooed. Overall, I am very happy I rented through them.

So mad. Never have I ever NOT got my deposits back. They took $190 for cleaning. First off these apartments are run down already but my husband and I cleaned that place perfect. Then the office girl wanted to give me attitude and suck up to my husband, unacceptable. Never again. Also if you do rent from them make sure your right down everything that doesn't work even when you move in. The bathroom fan did not work when we moved in so we didn't bother with it then miss attitude says you got docked for not cleaning it, I said it didn't work so why would I clean it she says well it works now. Now who didn't clean it before we moved in then cause if it was cleaned before us it would have worked. It's sad the ones who really do work hard to clean to get money back are the ones that get screwed everytime.

Got a little card in the mail from them that says "Your stimulus check is not for toys, We strongly suggest you pay your rent far in advance. No one knows how long these job losses will last."

I've never seen anything so disrespectful to their tenants.

Would NOT recommend renting through this company. They have very shady business practices, the units are not very clean, and the owner is not very helpful or professional at all. Was looking at some places yesterday and am pretty sure he was showing us places that were already rented. The owner Bruce Lee is not one to do business with.......he flat out told my wife a place we were looking at was already rented out...but reposted as available before that conversation took place. Then he says the never rent out on Fridays....what kind of S**T is that garbage. HORRIBLE!

Wasn't ever able to rent anything. I paid the application fee, and after that I looked at four different properties, was on time if not early to the viewings. They always decided to rent to someone else and not ever communicate
