Ken is amazing! If you are looking for a property to buy in Casper, Ken is the agent to work with! We were out of state buyers and first came to Casper for a couple of days. Even though it was the weekend, Ken showed us available properties based on our needs and budget. He was honest about each property and various neighborhood pros and cons. It was very helpful and educational for someone who didn’t know much about the area yet. After we found a house we liked, Ken was on top of things to guide and help us through the process of buying until closing day. He scheduled and managed all inspections for us, including a roof inspection. Ken is very professional, patient, honest and knowledgeable. He will always answer any of your questions and concerns. I was referred to Ken by Caring Transitions after the unexpected passing of my mother. Mom lived alone, hundreds of miles from her next of kin. I wanted to remodel the house before putting it on the market and Ken referred me to Western Diamond Company which did a great job of remodeling the house at a fair price. Ken had buyers within the first week of listing who exceeded our asking price. Ken also lined up several contractors for last minute requests by the buyers.
