Love my Girls at the south side! Karen, Shella, Shanna, Peyton, Ashten are the best!

Unprofessional , unpleasant and impolite. They do not greet well or offer names. If you inquire about opening an account they do not offer to let you discuss any of the options with the proper people. (Did I mention they offer 8 styles of accounts?) Overall, bank somewhere else.

I called to ask a question and the lady that answered the phone heard my question was super rude and then she hung up. I’ve been banking with them for over ten years and that’s the treatment I get😂 I think I’m gonna go ahead and look for a new bank.
